Growme has no finance calculator, trade-in valuation or VIN lookup.
No dealer-system connection
There is no connection to a dealer management system, so stock changes are made in Growme or by CSV import.

Does it negotiate the price?
It answers from the prices you entered. Negotiation is for your sales team, and we suggest you add a rule to the knowledge that says so.
Can it handle trade-ins or financing?
No. Growme has no financing or valuation tool.
Can buyers call?
Yes, on WhatsApp. WhatsApp calls are answered by the AI, with a transcript and summary. Ordinary phone lines are not available yet.
